I finally got my hands on a 50kg power bag.
What happened? I created my first effort for the 10 minute YouTube workout challenge to be run in June.
You can do better?
I wanna see it (and try it!)
Stay tuned for more on the challenge!

Looks tough.
Why not go with lighter weight and faster reps as it produces more intense workout than heavy does……
you also don’t say how many times one must complete the circuit.
I’d also like to know how much person weighs cuz 50k for him may be easier for people with more bodyweight…….
I think it should be expressed as a percent of bodyweight for the sandbag or any other “heavy” object

Hi Jay,
I do lighter stuff as well but our 25,30,35 power bags haven’t arrived yet so didn’t have much choice!
Believe me lighter weights don’t always produce more intense workouts but I know where you’re coming from – it’s good to mix it up.
In terms of time the video challenge is to just keep going for 10 mins simply because that’s all YouTube allows!
I weigh 78kg at the mo. You’re right about percentages but this was just an example of a circuit for the 10 minute challenge – I was just messing around really!
Give me some more ideas and I’ll try them out before the competition starts June 1st!
Hope you’re training hard!

I see you’ve already put the kickboxing shorts you bought in Patong to good use . . . maybe you should’ve also picked up a pair of those brass knuckles.
