Ten Minute Challenge

Posted on 12 May 2009

Kettlebell workoutsI’m starting the quest to find the World’s Toughest Workout with a 10 minute challenge!

As well as knowing your workout is kicking the asses of girls and boys across the world, the creators of the Top 5 Toughest Ten Minute Workouts will be invited to join the WTW panel with myself Jon Le Tocq.

This panel will be the testing ground for all future challenges and products from other trainers around the world and fitness freaks like us, so you must be prepared to be smashed on a regular basis and post it on YouTube for all to see!

The Rules of the Inaugural Worlds Toughest Workout Challenge:

1) Your workout must last exactly ten minutes – the reason for this is so that it can fit on YouTube.

2) You must film yourself performing from start to finish with no camera breaks.

3) You must overlay the session details over the first 30 seconds of the video so you don’t have to chop any beasting time!

This should include sets, reps, rounds, rest (if any) and equipment needed.

4) You may be male or female – no discrimination and no adjustments for male or female other than weights used.

5) The title must be ‘Worlds Toughest Workout Entry – (Joe Bloggs)’

Don’t actually type Joe Bloggs or you will be shamed in public….

You must type http://www.worldstoughestworkouts.com in the description box for the video, followed by ‘My entry for the Worlds Toughest Workout 10 minute challenge then a details of the workout as above.

Also post the YouTube link in the comments box below

Failure to do these will results in disqualification!

6) The workout may be done anywhere with any equipment.

7) You must join the WTW facebook group and twitter about the site as much as possible to generate interest and get more entries.

8 ) Challenge all your friends to see if they’re tough enough to take part…

Merit will be awarded for creativity, but mainly pain levels so do your worst!

The closing date for these entries is May 31st 2009 (posted on YouTube).
