I’m Jon Le Tocq of Storm Force Fitness, creator of Intense Conditioning and the Fat Loss Action Blueprint.

I decided the world needed this blog to help those of us who love to batter ourselves in training and who take an ‘all-round athlete’ approach, to find the toughest, most brutal training on the planet.

Is it Underground strength, is it triathlon, is it kettlebells, is it clubbells, is it endurance, is it speed intervals….

What is the World’s Toughest Workout? I’m going to find out!

I don’t pretend to be the world’s toughest bloke, far from it!

However, I am not hell bent on testing people around the world including myself! I’ve grown tired of burn fat, build muscle programs and wanted to go in search of something different. I want to find training that makes me nervous just thinking about it and to expose those trainers who talk a good game but don’t follow it up and don’t practice what they preach!

I want to test trainers to see what they can come up with and I want to test hardcore fitness nuts to see just how much we can take!

I’ll be meeting and interviewing people from a range of training backgrounds and sports to find out how they reach peak physical condition and rating their training on a variety of factors so that one day, maybe we can say for sure what really is the World’s Toughest Workout!
