I love kettlebells.

Everyone at some poiint has complained about going up a hill.
The reason for this is that they are tough. Used correctly and they will leave you walking like John Wayne for a few days.
This is why I love them. They hurt, they bring fast results and they don’t need much time to finish you off.

I’ve got a bit of a problem with traditional strength training.
Don’t get me wrong I love the old 5×5, 6×3 and all the other variations for building strength and power.

I finally got my hands on a 50kg power bag.
What happened? I created my first effort for the 10 minute YouTube workout challenge to be run in June.
